I wanted to detail what Scout looks like without just going whooooaaa wall of text!, so I went to the New Improved Character Study Of Doom and stole some of the questions.

1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy? She's between five foot five and five foot six. Her build is naturally fairly slim, but she's worked hard to build muscle. She's not from Western Earth culture, she wants to have some bulk and strength. Two years of being on the run and not having enough meals pared her down somewhat, but she's building back up. You can't really call her skinny, though she's not curvy either. Also, Scout is athletic in the functional sense rather than the clearly-defined-muscles sense.

2. How old is she? About sixteen. Scout doesn't have a birthday or a precise age, so she might be seventeen.

3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch? It's pretty good most of the time, but she's pretty expressive with her whole body and will slump when her mood dips.

4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? She's very fit and generally healthy.

5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? Scout is pretty adroit, but not particularly graceful. She was trained in the Jedi Art of Movement, so there's a certain fluidity and efficiency to her when she moves quickly, but otherwise it doesn't always show.

Her faith in the concept of any truly safe space has been completely destroyed and her ability to completely trust people is cracked, so there's some constant tension to her movements, a kind of paranoid watchfulness.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror? A mentor, seeing that a boy had a preoccupation with Scout, thought of her as "pretty in an athletic sort of way", and someone once says sunbathing wouldn't hurt her looks.

Scout does not notice or care. She thinks she looks okay, but is more focused on performance than attractiveness. She'll put some effort into her appearance, including a little makeup sometimes, if she feels the need.
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? Her PB's skin color is pretty varied depending on lighting and makeup. Some characters in the SWEU with skin similar to the PB's in some shots are described in-universe as having skin the color of "fruitwood". Scout will tan if out in the sun. She also has freckles, though they're not always easy to see.

Sometimes she gets acne, but not too bad.

8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style. It's reddish-brown and can look more or less red depending on lighting and nearby colors. It's moderately afro-textured, inclined to be a little fluffy and filled with tiny curls.

It's worn much shorter than her PB's hair, just long enough to collect into a stub tail behind her head, so when untied it's not too far below her chin. One lock of it is just a bit longer, persistently wayward, and tends to be a little curlier. That's the hair that forms her Padawan braid. When she feels suspicious or uncertain - when around most people, these days - she usually keeps it unbraided.
9. What color are her eyes? Hazel-ish.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? She's in good health, but if you look at her finger- or toenails, they're all a little warped, with white spots on each nail and a few black ones. They're all a little damaged.

I also want to note Scout's ethnicity/race. It's complicated; after all she is not from Earth and the categories of the Galaxy Far Far Away may sometimes resemble Earth's, but they're really not the same. So... she has freckles, though they don't always show, pale brown skin that can tan, reddish hair with a kinky texture, greenish eyes, and facial features that to Earth sensibilities read as black.

11. What are her chief tension centers? It's pretty clear from her face, her shoulders, the way she stands, if she's feeling tense. Scout's got a lot of trouble hiding these things.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Closer to utilitarian. She wears sturdy clothes that don't hamper her movement, and favors plain garments in earthy tones, cream, and warm gray. Scout likes to have layers like an outer coat over some kind of large loose tunic/shirt belted over a closer-fitting shirt, but tries not to pick clothes that say "Jedi" out of caution. She often wears vests, and is usually in boots that are either soft for quiet movement or treaded and tough, but always grip floors pretty well.

She can and will wear more civilian clothing to better blend in, but again favors functionality. Her preferences are for clothes that are looser than is the standard for Western young women, and she picks sports bras rather than anything that tries to enhance her small chest.

Scout also doesn't exactly get attached to any of her clothing. It's... just there and she washes it and repairs it, until it's too damaged and she abandons it without a qualm. She doesn't collect herself a big closet, though what she has mixes and matches fairly well so it's not like she's always in the same outfits.

13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them? Well enough. Scout doesn't want to have to worry about her clothes if she has to leave something in a hurry. They're not really clothes you'd expect her to sleep in, but they allow that freedom of movement she wants.

14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences? Just about. Scout doesn't really see the point in different sets of clothes. She just doesn't care that much, plus she feels like she has to be ready to move and defend herself or run at any given moment.

What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse? Pretty midrange. She can sound amazingly chipper at times.

How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate? Depends! She tends to talk easily more often than not, especially when it's not to a big group. She's more reserved in her speech around large groups, but can still make a case firmly if she thinks she has to.

Scout can be bossy and brassy and loud or subdued and quiet. It all depends. She does usually talk quickly, though. She can put a lot of her personality into her speech.

Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics? Scout's good enough with languages to have a fairly minimal accent, but still speaks with the accent picked up in the Jedi Temple, more or less Coruscanti-tinged. When she speaks English she might sound faintly very vaguely British or Scottish, though anyone at all familiar with either accent will say that's not it.

What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency? Her mother tongue is Galactic Basic Standard, the trade language most commonly spoken in Star Wars. She's also fluent in Huttese, which is about as common, and understands the other languages taught in the Jedi Temple, which is a pretty decent list. ...And they are not exactly useful to her on Earth.

She has learned English now and is pretty fluent in it, at least. The Temple teaches ways to help learn languages faster, so she'll likely pick up more, understanding if not speech.

Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations? If she swears, it won't be in English. If she ever wants to sullenly mutter anything she doesn't want understood it will be in some other language. That's not terribly likely to happen, but it could.

What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? Youth and years of uncertain meals make Scout desire a lot of high-calorie foods, eaten quickly. Also she wants to bulk up, and that requires lots of protein. She's not picky. However, she doesn't gorge herself. It's harder to move suddenly when you're too full.

She does eat about six times a day if she can, but these are small meals to sizeable snacks. Scout generally tries to eat the right measures of greens and fibers and so on too, she knows she has to stay healthy, they're just less exciting.
